Service Agreements
We offer 3 different types of service plans for our clients. Client who aren’t on a service plan are billed hourly for on-site and remote support.
Block of Hours
Prepay for support time in blocks of 10 hours and receive a 15% discount off the regular hourly rates. Hours expire 1 year after purchase.

Remote Only
Pay a monthly fee per company for unlimited remote support. You are billed at regular hourly rates for issues that require a technician to come on-site.

Flat Fee All Inclusive
Pay a flat monthly fee for monitoring, routine maintenance, on-site and remote support. Implementation of new projects is not included.
